Project Scheduler:

The Project Scheduler manages the daily operations of site facilities, oversees maintenance and repair work, and coordinates with other departments for smooth functioning of the facilities. Responsible for all administrative aspects of the program, including tracking and managing the submittals of contract deliverables related to scope/schedule/budget, personnel onboarding/offboarding, procurement, travel, and managing maintenance and construction materials bench stocks. Makes travel arrangements and processes travel itineraries, authorizations, and vouchers. Prepares correspondence, requests passports and visas, and processes IT and facilities support requests. Creates and up-dates project schedules, spreadsheets, and financial trackers.

Duties:

· Manages priorities and work plans, and monitors work status

· Manages and ensures a continuous workflow

· Manages recurring work program and provides non-technical automated assistance as needed

· Performs administrative and analytical tasks in support of the travel process by developing, processing, and tracking all travel requests

· Prepares and submits accurate initial cost estimates in preparation for travel

· Maintains current knowledge of client-based travel system and other related federal regulations; including updates regarding visas and passports

· Provides full logistical and support services to project employees relative to travel; regulations; visas; official passports; supplies; and processing and disposition of vouchers

· Monitors and tracks all travel; transportation; equipment/supplies and cost/pay for contract employees before, during; and after travel

· Monitors tasks to meet contractual/ project requirements for assigned program

· Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure contractual; cost; and schedule objectives are met

· Assists in the preparation of accurate financial estimates for travel

· Operates computer and communications equipment to support work force management activities

· Manages preparation and maintenance of work force records and reports

· Performs quantitative study of management data to assess cost and reimbursement, work performance, progress, trends, standards, and policies

Required Education and Experience:

· Degree:

      • Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years experience preferred
      • High School Diploma /GED with 10 years of experience

· Core Experience:

      • Three years (3) relevant experience working as a contractor on a US Government contract of similar size, scope, and complexity

· Additional Experience - Minimum of three (3) years of experience

      • Using Microsoft Office suite of programs and supported customer databases to process travel itineraries, authorizations and vouchers
      • Preparing supported customer official correspondence/cables
      • Requesting passports and visas
      • Making travel arrangements
      • Requesting and processing IT and facilities support requests
      • Creating and up-dating project schedules and spreadsheets

· Ability to obtain a Top Secret – Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph

· Ability to obtain Work Permit to live and work in Germany

· Ability to obtain a German Driver’s License to operate a passenger vehicle (Car/Van/Small Truck/Trailer)

Desired Skills and Abilities:

The Project Scheduler has extensive experience in the administrative aspects of planning, operation, execution, and business management of sustainment, renovation and maintenance projects involving various combinations of structural/carpentry, mechanical/HVAC, electrical, plumbing , electronic security systems, IT systems, telecommunications distribution systems, and related painting, patching and carpeting. Types of facilities include commercial facilities, military facilities, or facilities used during military tactical operations.

Preferences – applicants considered more favorable who have:

· Experience in minor Facilities Renovation, Electrical, or Mechanical/HVAC fields

· Ability to read/write/speak German
